It is necessary to include this info so we can track your order properly or resolve any problems. Under normal circumstances, we check the Customer Service email every weekday (except on holidays). Usually we respond by e-mail that same day.

Pre-order Policy

PayPal pre-order notice: We can not accept pre-orders via PayPal. If you wish to place a pre-order with us please use a Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover credit card.

Pre-ordered products will be shipped as soon as the product is available . When the pre-ordered product is shipped the appropriate shipping charge will be applied for shipping the book individually by the chosen method.

If the pre-order was combined with regular in-stock products that are curently available , the in-stock products will be shipped immediately and the credit card will be charged appropriately for the in-stock items. Then, when the pre-ordered item is sent later on in a separate order, your credit card will be charged for the price and shipping cost of that later shipment. ICE accepts PayPal payments for your ICE Online Store orders!

Our current shopping cart does not allow for the integration of PayPal into it's payment methods, but fear not! If you want to pay online through PayPal there are 5 different ways to go about it—just choose which one is best for you:

  1. Complete the interactive PayPal Customer Order Form (it's a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet) and email it to BuyICE@ironcrown.com, or
  2. Email us your order (a simple list will be fine) at BuyICE@ironcrown.com If you're not sure about the shipping costs we will email you back with a final total, or
  3. Fax your order to (434) 244-0881. You can fax us your own letter or you can fax us a completed PayPal Customer Order Form, or
  4. Send a carrier pigeon to our office with a miniaturized version of the PayPal Customer Order Form in it's little leg tube thingie. Just make sure it doesn't relieve itself on Bruce and Heike's car or there'll be heck to pay!

Not sure About this whole PayPal thing? If you're not familiar with PayPal you can get the full scoop here on the PayPal website. It's easy and it's totally FREE for buyers! Heck, I (the webmistress) use it all the time to buy stuff on eBay and it's really easy...too easy sometimes. You should see all the stuff I've bought in the last 2 months for Christmas...(hey Bruce, how about a raise to cover all these eBay purchases.)

Return & Refund Policy

Domestic (US) Returns & Refunds: If you are not happy with your purchase we will accept returns for a full refund if it is returned within 30 days from date of purchase. NOTE: Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

International Returns & Refunds: International customers have a longer time frame for returns depending on the country and method used for shipping. Please email Customer Service and we will give you specific instructions based on where you live.

Incorrect Shipment & Damaged Goods: If something was left out of your order, or we send you the wrong item, we will send you the missing or correct item after verifying the order and shipping information. Likewise, if a product you ordered directly from us is defective we will replace it.

Returning ICE Products Purchased Elsewhere: If you bought an ICE product from a retail store or other dealer please return it to them for a refund. If you are unable to get satisfaction from your retailer or dealer please contact Customer Service and we will help you out.

Pre-order Shipping Policy: We handle our pre-orders like other major mail-order businesses. When you place your order online, by phone, fax, email or snail mail, we calculate the shipping rate based on the Total Order Cost including all preordered items. Once the order is processed we ship the existing items immediately, and then ship the pre-order item when it arrives in our warehouse at a later date.

A Note Regarding Shipping Times: Please allow 1-2 days for ICE to process and package your order. We have a very limited warehouse staff of 1 (it's usually Bruce our CEO), and he's not always able to ship your order out the same day. In other words, if you order something to be shipped 2-day UPS it will take 1-2 days for ICE to process & package the order and then 2 days for it to get to you, for a total of 3-4 days from the day you order it. Thanks for your understanding!

IMPORTANT Notice about International Global Priority Mail: This shipping option is limited to the countries on this list and no exceptions can be made. If you place an order and select the International Global Priority Mail option and do NOT live in of the countries on the list, ICE will have to correct your shipping option and rate. Sorry to say it, but ICE no longer sells, supports, provides rules or card lists or any other material or information related to our old Middle-earth games. So please, please, please DO NOT send us emails asking us where you can buy our old Middle-earth products.

We no longer hold the license for Middle-earth gaming products, so as such we do not sell or support any of our old Middle-earth products including Middle-earth Roleplaying or the Middle-earth Collectible Card Game. If you are seeking information on any of our old Middle-earth games our best suggestion is to do an internet search—there are hundreds of sites out there that have the info you're looking for. If you are looking to fill in the holes in your Middle-earth Roleplaying collection we recommend eBay.
