These costs all use the same formula, something that had not happened previously. It also needs to be mentioned that they differ from the ones previously printed in our Rolemaster books. ICE would like to thank Jonathon Dale and Shiela Herndon for the original excel files from which this was made, and special thanks to Casey Worthington and Tres Poe for helping fill in a major portion of the costs. » Another change to our Shipping Options: As of today, ICE no longer offers the Single Book Rate for Canada and International orders--so please disregard the the big post on Nov 11. Quite honestly, we had to do away with the Single Book Rate because too many people were placing orders of more than one book and selecting this rate--and that just ain't kosher with us. The Single Book rate was for orders of only 1 book, and if we applied that rate to larger orders we would lose too much money. We don't make money from our shipping fees, and to lose money by setting those fees too low is something we just can't afford to do.

But not to worry...We have replaced those 2 old rates with some new, fast and affordable options: Canada Global Priority Mail and International Global Priority Mail. For more details you can check out our Customer Service page and/or you can download our Customer Order Form & Shipping Rate Chart PDF.

Thanks Heidi! PDF document, 847KB.

» A Special Note on International and Canada SINGLE BOOK SHIPPING RATES: We've been receiving quite a few emails asking for more info on the the International Single Book Rate and the Canada Single Book Rate and I would like to clarify exactly what these 2 special rates are. First off, you can always check out the Shipping Info section on our Customer Service page for details.

Canada Single Book Rate is a special $8.00 USPS (United States Postal Service) rate that applies ONLY to orders of 1 (one) single, solitary book being shipped to Canada. This shipping method costs $8.00 and takes 1-2 days for processing then 3-5 days transit time to get to customers in Canada only. This rate does NOT apply to Silent Death metal minis or the Silent Death Deluxe Box Set because they are not books. We recommend you use this shipping option if you are ordering only 1 book and want it quickly!

International Single Book Rate is a special $10.00 USPS (United States Postal Service) rate that applies ONLY to orders of 1 (one) single, solitary book being shipped to the countries on this list. This shipping method costs $10.00 and takes 1-2 days for processing then 3-5 days transit time to get to the countries on this list. This rate does NOT apply to Silent Death metal minis or the Silent Death Deluxe Box Set because they are not books. We recommend you use this shipping option if you are ordering only 1 book and want it quickly!

If you have any further questions regarding these special Single Book Rates or any other shipping rates, please feel free to email ICE Customer Service. You can also download the 4-page Customer Order Form which contains all the shipping info on pages 3 & 4.

» Added a new website to the Links & RPG Resources page: Listed under RPG Resources—fantasyworlds.info A German-language site for folks interested in fantasy gaming and fantasy worlds in general. It also has a Forum (in German). Submitted by Christian Ratzlaff.

» New to The Vault: I added all our informative "Sell Sheet" PDFs to the Retail & Distributor section. I also altered the section for ads and re-named it "ICE Product Ads, Sell Sheets & other assorted propaganda" so I can include the Sell Sheets and any other nifty ad-like stuff we produce in the future. Here are current 5 Sell Sheets:

» A Reminder from the ICE Customer Service Department: Our hard-working CEO, Bruce Neidlinger (who also happens to be the ICE Customer Service department) has asked me to pass along an important reminder to everyone: When you contact ICE Customer Service be it via email, phone or fax, please include your full name, address and phone number in your email message, phone message or fax. In the last few days we've received a couple of very cryptic phone messages that contained neither a name or return phone number and as a result were were unable to return the calls in a prompt fashion—and that made us sad.

» Correction to Domestic Shipping Rates & Times: Domestic Media Mail ship time has been corrected to now read "5-15 days" instead of "4-7 days". The 4-7 days was incorrect and we apologize for any inconveniences. You can download the ICE Order Form with the updated Shipping Rates on pages 3-4.

The Winner of the Oct 2002 Special Contest "New Lamps for Old" is:

Congratulations Branden! It was a very hard decision to make, but your entry came out on top because it was very clever, very detailed and was an excellent use of low-level magery. If I ever go adventuring in an area without fresh water for bathing or drinking I will certainly keep a few of your special stones in my pack!
