Pre-ordered products will be shipped as soon as the product is available
. When the pre-ordered product is shipped the appropriate shipping charge
will be applied for shipping the book individually by the chosen method.
If the pre-order was combined with regular in-stock products that are curently
available , the in-stock products will be shipped immediately and the credit
card will be charged appropriately for the in-stock items. Then, when the
pre-ordered item is sent later on in a separate order, your credit card
will be charged for the price and shipping cost of that later shipment.
