ICE Tournament Support

ICE supports tournaments, conventions, shows and other events that are hosting ICE game events. These gaming events offer new gamers a chance to play our games for the first time, and allows established ICE gamers to meet new players or participate in scenarios they wouldn't have written themselves. If you're already an ICE gamer, then we encourage you to run events at your local and national game conventions.

ICE currently provides prize support for approved Rolemaster, Silent Death, Shadow World and Spacemaster events only. In order to be approved, events must be registered with using the below form--no phone calls or faxes please.

NOTE: We ship all support packages via UPS ground for domestic events and via USPS airmail for Overseas events. We will not overnight support packages.

1) Fill out the Support Request Form:

Important Note on the Form Submission: I apologize but this form is not perfected yet. I need to add some javascript to make the submissionprocess easier. For now, when you hit the "Submit" button a window will pop up asking you if you want to send an email to me. Please hit "Yes" and all the info will be sent to me. When I receive your request my email will send you an automatic reply letting you know I received it. Thanks for your patience!

2) Submit Your Event Results Within 14 days:

We request that you submit the ICE Tournament/Demo Results Form within 14 days of the event. Failure to report event results will result in denial of support for future events. The ICE Tournament/Demo Results Form come in two formats:
